  How to order  

Submit a contact form or send your e-mail with the description of the selected item(s) that you want to order. I will advise you of the shipping cost when your e-mail inquiry is received. Following, please, print and fill in the order form. Mail it to me with a cashiers check or money order for the full amount.

  Shipping schedule and cost 

My ceramics are one-of-a-kind, handmade to order and limited quantities. Most orders are shipped within 2 to 4 weeks. An order's production schedule begins upon receipt of your payment. I ship by UPS and you will pay for actual shipping cost. Insurance is optional.

  Terms

Order is shipped after the final payment is received.

  Returns  

No product may be returned without prior authorization. Only defective product or incorrect orders by Pat Hinz Studio can be returned. No returns will be accepted due to color variation. No returns of any kind can be made after 30 days from the date of shipment to buyer. Liability for lost or damaged returns belongs to customer or UPS.

Pat Hinz Studio will not be liable for any consequential damages, loss, or expenses arising from use of or inability to use the product for any purpose whatsoever.


Cashiers checks or money orders should be made payable to "Pat Hinz ". Do not send cash.
